2019 summary and commendation meeting held in Hohhot

On September 27, the 2019 summary and commendation meeting of Inner Mongolia disabled employment poverty alleviation project was held in Hohhot.

Leaders from the Research Office of the government of the Autonomous Region, Autonomous Regional Federation of trade unions, Disabled persons' Federation of the Autonomous Region, Poverty Alleviation Office of the Autonomous Region, Regional Employment Bureau, Department of civil affairs of the Autonomous Region attended the meeting.

The meeting commended the advanced units and individuals of "Inner Mongolia disabled employment poverty alleviation project" in 2019. Huade county, Chayouzhongqi county, Yuquan District and Wulate Qianqi county Disabled Persons' Federation won the title of "2019 advanced unit of Inner Mongolia disabled employment poverty alleviation project". Master kong, AIWAYS AUTO, Yongda Automobile and Qutoutiao won the title of "2019 Inner Mongolia disabled employment poverty alleviation project caring enterprises”. At the same time, Master Kong has awarded Huade county, Chayouzhongqi county and Yuquan District Disabled Persons' Federation employment service centers as training bases for home-based employment of the disabled.

According to the spirit of the policy, “Notice on carrying out employment assistance activities for the rural poor disabled (letter of the Department of human resources and social security [2018] 113)”, “The action plan for poverty alleviation of the disable”,“Implementation plan of the 13th five-year plan for employment promotion of the disabled”, and “Regulations on employment of the disabled ”, Inner Mongolia County Economic Development Promotion Association, Inner Mongolia poverty alleviation and Development Association, Inner Mongolia Public Welfare Development Association and Shanghai Canpin Network Technology Co., Ltd. jointly launched the poverty alleviation project for the disabled in Inner Mongolia. It is aimed at the disabled people aged 18-45 in Inner Mongolia, and the Internet+ home-based employment assistance for the disabled is carried out.

The areas we help are 70 poor counties in Inner Mongolia. The objects of assistance are those who are 18-45 years old with junior high school education or above, have the ability of self-care, are not intellectual, mental, visual disability, have basic computer operation skills and have no criminal record.

After interview, professional training and pre job physical examination, the disabled people who receive assistance will sign labor contracts and take up employment. Jobs include: e-commerce, data center, editing, Internet design, customer service, online operation, computer technology, information management, etc. The working mode is Internet, home-based, off site and remote. After taking up the post, the disabled can get five insurances and one fund. The salary is about 1500-2500 yuan / month. Obtain accident insurance and employer's liability insurance of no less than 500K yuan per year.

In 2019, through the unremitting efforts of the organizers, more than 200 disabled people in Huade County, Chayouzhongqi County, Yuquan District and Wulate Qianqi County have realized Internet home-based employment. It has been highly affirmed and widely praised by the relevant departments of the autonomous region, 200 disabled people who are subsidized and relevant departments of Shanghai Municipality.

"Inner Mongolia disabled employment poverty alleviation project" has helped the disabled in Inner Mongolia to achieve the goal of sustained employment and stable escape from poverty. It has also helped employers in economically developed areas such as Shanghai to significantly reduce labor costs and achieve a win-win situation for the disabled, employers and society.

In 2020, "Inner Mongolia disabled employment poverty alleviation project" will continue to arrange 800 poor disabled people to achieve Internet home-based employment.
